RETURN POLICIES
"It's not what I wanted."
Our customer care begins by providing photography, descriptions
and reviews that let you fully examine a model before purchasing.
However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return
it within 30 days of purchase in its original condition for an exchange
or refund. Shipping costs are NOT refundable.
"My shipment arrived damaged."
We try our best to ensure every item ships in excellent condition.
We personally inspect ALMOST ALL PACKAGES prior
to shipment. However, we do not open certain model product boxes
prior to shipping if examination will damage the box. If you should
receive merchandise that is damaged, please contact us immediately
before returning the item.
Please refuse delivery of any obviously damaged outer cartons from
our carrier. Do not open the carton, and notify us immediately.
This preserves our right to collect insurance from the carrier and
your right to an exchange.
We do NOT refund shipping charges. However, if you are making an
exchange due to damage, we do not charge for the second shipment
to you.
"What am I required to do to return items?"
All returns must be received within 30 days of purchase.
Returns must be carefully repacked with original wrappings and
in new and saleable condition. If your item arrived damaged, please
take care to pack so further damage does not result.
Returns must be insured for the full retail value of the package
contents and the shipping pre-paid by the customer. UPS rates include
coverage up to $100, above which you must pay extra. Other major
carriers may offer different default levels of insurance. Please
make sure your return shipment is properly insured.
Please include a copy of the invoice PLUS a description of the
item’s defects and/or the reason for returning the item. Indicate
whether you want to exchange the item or a refund. Please be legible,
ordinary human beings must be able to read this.
