Modifications to the aerodynamics to comply with the new regulations were just one evolution for the flat six, 470 hp winning racer from Weissach.


The car had a new position for the rear wing which was moved further to the back. Additionally the rear diffuser was considerably larger as well as the front spoiler lip and the wide side sills.


Altogether the revisions restored the 2016 911RSR to its position as the benchmark in GT racing worldwide and re-established the 911 as the most enduring icon of GT racing.
