Ferrari 512 S Filippinetti SEFAC Car # 5 Driver: Ickx and Schetty in 1:12 scale by Tecnomodel.

The Ferrari 512 S, fielded by Scuderia Ferrari S.p.A. SEFAC and bearing car number 5, was driven by Jacky Ickx and Peter Schetty during the 1970 racing season. One notable appearance was at the 6 Hours of Watkins Glen, where the duo secured a fifth-place finish, contributing valuable points to Ferrari's campaign.

Jacky Ickx, a distinguished Belgian driver, was renowned for his versatility and success across various racing disciplines, including multiple victories at the 24 Hours of Le Mans. Peter Schetty, hailing from Switzerland, was not only a skilled driver but also played a significant role as Ferrari's chief test driver, contributing to the development of their racing machines.

The 6 Hours of Watkins Glen in 1970 was particularly significant as it marked the culmination of the World Sportscar Championship season. The race was fiercely contested, with Ferrari aiming to challenge the dominance of Porsche's 917s. The event highlighted the intense rivalry between the two manufacturers, with Ferrari's 512 S models striving to outperform their German counterparts.

exceptionally accurate of scale, shape and detail. Each model is created using a variety of production
processes, to achieve this precision. They are produced using a composite material referred to in the
industry as “resin”. Photo etched parts, die-cutting, tampo printing and waterslide decals are often used
for the most authentic replication.
