This is the Porsche 935K3 #78 5th 1982 24h Le Mans (2nd Class) in 1:12 scale by Top Marques.

The Porsche 935K3, entered by Coke Racing BP and driven by Dominique Snobeck, François Servanin, and Raymond Metge, delivered a strong performance at the 1982 24 Hours of Le Mans, finishing 5th overall and 2nd in its class. The 935K3, a highly modified version of Porsche’s dominant turbocharged Group 5 machine, was a fierce competitor against factory-backed prototypes. The 1982 race was marked by intense competition from the newly introduced Group C cars, making the privateer effort of Snobeck and his co-drivers even more impressive. Their podium-worthy class finish highlighted the enduring capabilities of the 935K3, despite the shifting landscape of endurance racing.

This model is hand painted and polished to a beautiful finish and has a sealed body. Resin models are
exceptionally accurate of scale, shape and detail. Each model is created using a variety of production
processes, to achieve this precision. They are produced using a composite material referred to in the
industry as “resin”. Photo etched parts, die-cutting, tampo printing and waterslide decals are often used
for the most authentic replication.
