This is the Ford England Capri Turbo Gr.5 #4 1980 DRM Season in 1:18 scale by WERK83.

The Ford Capri Turbo Group 5, car No. 4, driven by Jürgen Hamelmann in the 1980 Deutsche Rennsport Meisterschaft (DRM) season, was part of an era defined by extreme aerodynamics and powerful turbocharged engines. Hamelmann, a skilled German racer, competed against some of the best touring car drivers of the time, including Klaus Ludwig and Hans Heyer. The 1980 DRM season was particularly intense, with the Group 5 regulations allowing for heavily modified "silhouette" cars that barely resembled their road-going counterparts. The Ford Capri Turbo, with its aggressive wide-body design and high-boost turbo engine, was a formidable machine, battling against Porsche 935s and BMW M1s. Hamelmann’s participation in this legendary season contributed to the enduring legacy of the DRM, a series known for its innovation and spectacular racing action.

authentic replication.
